Nam Tok Moo (Grilled Pork Salad)

Nam Tok Moo (Grilled Pork Salad)

Thai salads often do not have raw vegetables or fruit as their main ingredient but use minced meat, seafood or noodles instead. Same as salads in the West, these dishes often have a souring agent, usually lime juice, and feature the supplement of fresh herbs and other greens in their preparation. Thai salads are not served as Main Course but normally eaten as one of the main dishes in a Thai buffet-style meal, together with rice

It’s reliable to say that pork lovers won’t be disappointed with nam tok moo. There’s really not much to dislike about sliced tender juicy cuts of pork merged with onions, chilies and toasted rice flakes all dressed in the tongue pleasurable combo of fish sauce and lime juice.

If you have your grill our there this summer , give this one a try. This delicious Grilled pork salad is one of my favorite. The tender juicy pork paired with the fragrant lemon grass, kaffir lime leaves and other spices, make this warm salad a keeper.

I certify your taste buds will be very well entertained.
