Gaeng Phed Ped Yang (Roast Duck w/ Red Curry)
The base Thai red curry is traditionally made with a mortar and pestle, and remains humid throughout the preparation process. The red coloring derived from dry red spur chillies. which is dried red chilies. The main ingredients consist red chili peppers, garlic, shallots, galangal, shrimp paste, salt, kaffir lime leaves, coriander root, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns and lemongrass. Today, the prepared Thai red curry pastes are available at markets produced in mass quantities, and also available in bottled jar produced by some brands.
Made with already roasted duck, this curry is become too full flavour and ready in mere minutes. Plan ahead and roast the duck beforehand to get a head-start on dinner.
Red curry with Thai spicy curry There are also Thai herbs that have many properties. If you do not eat duck, it can be changed into other meat.
